 HEAD OF CRICKET COACHING

 

S. Thomas’ College intends to appoint a full time Head Cricket Coach to manage and develop its cricket coaching programme and coach the First XI.

The successful candidate will possess:

·         A clear understanding of how to identify talent and of the development pathways for junior/senior levels with proven ability to implement such pathways.

·         Experience in planning, designing and implementing programs with long term, sustainable objectives.

·         Extensive coaching experience at school and club levels. Experience at a national level would be an added advantage.

·         Minimum of a Level 1 Cricket Coaching Accreditation and an outstanding track record in working with young cricketers.

·         Well-developed administrative and computer skills.

·         Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

·         The personal drive and initiative of a self-starter, and the passion required to inspire others.
